Can I request revisions after receiving the design?
Yes, definitely. All packages include a specific number of free revisions, which will be clarified before the project begins.
Will I receive the source files for the designs?
Yes, you will receive the source files (such as AI, PSD, SVG) depending on the type of service and the package you choose.
Will all three design drafts be delivered together?
No, the first draft is delivered initially, and then we proceed based on your feedback. If it’s not suitable, we move on to the next draft, and so on.
Is the work done from scratch, or do you use ready-made templates?
All work is done manually from scratch, tailored to your business nature and unique identity, without using any pre-made templates.
Can I request a customized package that fits my needs?

How can I pay for the service?
You can pay through trusted online payment gateways, purchase the service directly from the service store on the website, or I can send you a direct payment link.
Is there a refund or return policy?
Since the services provided are digital artworks that require time and effort, refunds or returns are not possible once work has started. However, I guarantee your satisfaction through the revisions included in the package.

If you are ordering a website or online store design, yes—you will need a domain and hosting. I can also assist you in recommending the best options.
Can the work be completed faster?
